Since 1992 the alive Academy of Natural Health has provided distance learning certificate courses and diploma programs in many health-related subjects including natural health, advanced nutrition, and nutritional consulting. Our accredited curriculum meets the needs of both career-oriented and personally motivated individuals seeking the best possible education in nutrition and natural health.
The alive Academy of Natural Health issues certificates and diplomas. Our training provides a great personal and professional return on investment. Many graduates are now working in the natural health industry or have opened up their own nutritional consulting practices.

Distance Education and the Online Learning Centre
Distance education and online learning give you the flexibility to learn at your own pace without the restrictions of traditional schooling. Study where and when you choose. Our Online Learning Centre, which allows students to stay connected while learning at a distance, provides immediate test results, complete access to course materials, assignments, tests, and grades—and the opportunity to share knowledge with other students through an online forum. A toll-free help line and a Student Services team are available to assist students during the course of their studies. You can also interact with other students for support. Read, respond, and post messages via email or online forums. Share your discoveries with others, and learn from them.
Distance education takes several forms. The alive Academy of Natural Health conveniently offers two types:
GUIDED LEARNING: Students who choose to enroll in the Guided Learning environment will receive all required course materials by mail, including the course binder. Students will have the option to submit lesson tests and write final exams via mail or write them online. Full access to the Online Learning Centre will be provided.
ONLINE LEARNING: Students who choose to enroll in the Online Learning environment will receive only the required course materials (excluding the course binder) by mail. Full access to the Online Learning Centre will be provided. Students have the option of reading course content while online or printing the information. Lesson tests and final exams must be taken online.
