December 2011 holiday hours and final exams

Vegetarian Nutrition - Update re: Floride supplements
As you know, information is continually changing and evolving, new studies contradict older ones, and we must do our best to keep on top of the most recent developments and recommendations. Environmental Science - Chapter 2 page 30 - DNA
Uracil is only found in RNA and thymine in DNA. This is because cytosine is unstable over time and looses ammonia to become uracil. The presence of uracil in DNA is looked for and immediately removed and replaced. If DNA used uracil, then this wouldn't possible. As RNA evolved first, use of thymine to replace uracil was necessary before DNA could be used to store information.
