Updates to the Nutritional Consulting Diploma Program
Please be advised that we are making updates to our Nutritional Consulting diploma program. Our program was comprised of the following 7 courses:
- Anatomy & Physiology
- Applied Nutrition
- Biology
- Environmental Science
- General, Organic, & Biochemistry
- Sports Nutrition
- Nutritional Consulting
This program is accredited by the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC). Successful graduates are eligible to apply to the IONC for their Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner (RNCP) designation without additional education or training.
Our new program which is scheduled to be completed in late 2007 will now consist of the following 7 courses:
- Anatomy & Physiology
- Environmental Science
- Natural Health Fundamentals
- Nutrition: Studies & Applications
- Nutritional Sciences (combines biology and chemistry)
- Sports & Fitness Nutrition
- Nutritional Consulting
alive Academy has every intention to have this new program re-accredited with the IONC, but cannot guarantee our approval for accreditation and/or when this will occur. Students who intend to apply to the IONC must complete the program which has been accredited. Students who have no intention of applying to the IONC should enroll into the newer Nutritional Consulting program. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact alive Academy.
